POCO X7 Neo Launch Just Around the Corner; Indian Variant Spotted on Geekbench

POCO is gearing up to launch the M7 Pro 5G and the C75 5G in India on December 17. Now, it seems to be launching a new X series smartphone dubbed the X7 Neo soon in the global markets, including India.

In the latest development, the Indian variant of the POCO X7 Neo has appeared on Geekbench, suggesting an imminent launch. Here's what to expect from the forthcoming X7 Neo.

MySmartPrice spotted the Indian variant of the POCO X7 Neo with the 2409FPCC4I model number in the Geekbench listing, which has scored 943 points in single-core and 2,247 points in multi-core tests. The listing also reveals the phone will come with 6GB of RAM and run Android 14 on the software front.

While the listing doesn't reveal the name of the processor, it suggests the upcoming X7 Neo will be powered by an octa-core SoC with two cores at 2.50GHz, six cores at 2.0GHz, and a PowerVR B-Series BXM-8-256 GPU. Apart from this nothing is known at this moment. We expect to get more information in the coming days.

The POCO X7 Neo will succeed the X6 Neo which was launched earlier this year in India, priced at Rs 15,999. In terms of features, the POCO X6 Neo offers a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,000 nits. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.

The device also packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. For imaging, there's a 108MP primary camera sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. Upfront, the phone gets a 16MP selfie camera.
