POCO X8 Pro, POCO X8 Pro Max Sale in India Starts Today via Flipkart: Check Price, Specifications, Offers

The POCO X8 Pro series is set to go on sale in India for the first time today. To recall, the POCO X8 Pro and X8 Pro Max made their global debuts last week. Both phones in the X8 Pro series are powered by MediaTek chips and put a major emphasis on performance.

POCO X8 Pro Series Pricing and Sale in India

The POCO X8 Pro price in India starts from Rs 32,999 for the base 8GB/256GB model, while the 12GB/256GB variant will set you back Rs 35,999. Moreover, the POCO X8 Pro Iron Man Edition is priced at Rs 37,999 for the sole 12GB/256GB configuration.

The POCO X8 Pro Max price in India starts from Rs 42,999 for the 12GB/256GB version, while the top-end 12GB/512GB configuration will set you back Rs 46,999. POCO is also offering a bank discount of Rs 3,000 on the X8 Pro series using HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, and SBI cards.

The POCO X8 Pro comes in Black, Green, and White shades, while the X8 Pro Max is offered in Black, Blue, and White colourways. The POCO X8 Pro series will go on sale in India at 12 pm (IST) today through Flipkart.

POCO X8 Pro Max 5G Specifications

The POCO X8 Pro Max 5G is powered by a 3nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500s chipset, paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5x Ultra RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. For thermal management, it features a POCO 3D Ice Loop cooling system with a large 5,800 sq mm heat dissipation area, ensuring sustained performance during intensive tasks.

The smartphone sports a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, up to 3,500 nits peak brightness, and 3,840Hz PWM dimming. It also includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner for security.

In terms of cameras, the device offers a dual rear setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with a 120-degree field of view. On the front, it houses a 20-megapixel selfie camera, with support for 4K video recording at 60fps.

The handset packs a massive 9,000mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging and 27W reverse wired charging. POCO claims it can deliver over three days of moderate usage, up to 18 days of standby time, or around 30 hours of video playback on a single charge.

POCO X8 Pro 5G Specifications

The POCO X8 Pro 5G is equipped with a 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8500 Ultra processor, along with up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.1 storage.

It features a slightly smaller 6.59-inch AMOLED display, while retaining the same 1.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate as the Pro Max model.

For thermal performance, the device uses the same POCO 3D Ice Loop cooling system, but with a slightly smaller 5,300 sq mm heat dissipation area. The POCO X8 Pro 5G houses a 6,500mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging and 27W reverse wired charging.

The camera setup mirrors the Pro Max, with a 50-megapixel primary sensor (OIS) and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, along with a 20-megapixel front-facing camera. It also supports 4K video recording at 60fps.
