Realme 14 Pro Global Launch on December 19; Expected Specs, India Availability, and More

Realme has finally confirmed the launch date for the Realme 14 Pro series, which will likely include at least two models --- the standard 14 Pro and the 14 Pro+.

While the brand has not confirmed anything regarding the arrival of the Realme 14 Pro+, the smartphone was allegedly spotted on China's 3C Certification site, revealing few details of the device. Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming Realme 14 Pro series.

Realme 14 Pro Launch Date Announced

The brand took to its official X (formerly Twitter) to confirm that the Realme 14 Pro will be announced at a media event on December 19 in Copenhagen. It remains to be seen if the brand is launching the Realme 14 Pro+ at the same event.

As noted, a Realme smartphone with model number RMX5050 was spotted on the China Compulsory Certification (3C) website (via 91Mobiles), which is said to be the Realme 14 Pro+. According to the 3C listing, the handset will come with 80W wired fast charging support.

Tipster Digital Chat Station also revealed the specifications of a Realme mid-range phone, which is expected to be the Realme 14 Pro+. The phone is said to offer a 50MP 1/1.56-inch main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens and a 50MP 1/1.95-inch Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto sensor with 3x zoom. It is tipped to feature a quad-curved screen and will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset.

Realme 14 Pro Series India Launch

The Realme 14 Pro series with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset is likely to be announced next month in India. The exact launch date is still under wraps. Now, the brand is prepping to launch the Realme 14x on December 18 in the country, which is confirmed to come with MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. The smartphone will be the first smartphone in India to feature an IP69 rating in the affordable segment.
