realme 15 Series to Launch in India on July 24 with New Voice-Controlled Photo Editing Tool

realme has confirmed that its upcoming realme 15 Series will officially launch in India on July 24, 2025. The new smartphone lineup is being positioned as a camera-focused and AI-driven update to the company’s popular number series, targeting younger users who are active on social media and prioritize visual expression.

Ahead of the launch, realme has also announced Vicky Kaushal as the brand’s new smartphone ambassador.

AI Takes the Front Seat with Edit Genie

With the realme 15 Series, the company is introducing a new feature called AI Edit Genie. Billed as a voice-controlled photo editing tool, it allows users to make photo adjustments by simply issuing spoken commands. While voice-based editing isn’t new to tech, integrating it into a mid-range phone as a default system feature could make editing more accessible for casual users.

Although the full camera specifications haven’t been disclosed yet, the campaign around the realme 15 Series is clearly leaning into AI-enhanced imaging. The phones are also expected to offer design upgrades and a refreshed interface aimed at users who edit and share content frequently.

The company has confirmed that the realme 15 Pro, one of the devices in the lineup, will be available in three finishes: Flowing Silver, Velvet Green, and Silk Purple.
