Realme 15x Launched in India With 7000mAh Battery, Dual 50MP Cameras, and Dimensity 6300

Realme has announced the launch of the realme 15x in India, the latest model in its number series. The device highlights a large-capacity battery, a high-refresh-rate display, and a dual 50MP camera system.

Battery and Charging

The smartphone comes with a 7000mAh battery and supports 60W SUPERVOOC fast charging. An 80W adapter is included in the box.

Display

The 6.8-inch Sunlight Display features an HD+ resolution (1570x720), 144Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and a peak brightness of 1200 nits.

Performance

The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, built on a 6nm process, with an octa-core CPU clocked up to 2.4GHz and an ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It runs realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15.

Cameras

The rear camera system includes a 50MP Sony IMX852 sensor (f/1.8 aperture, 5P lens). The front camera is a 50MP OV50D40 sensor. Both cameras support 1080p and 720p recording, along with modes such as dual-view video, slow-motion, time-lapse, cinematic video, and underwater mode.

Storage and Connectivity

The realme 15x is available with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, along with 10GB Dynamic RAM expansion. It also has a dedicated microSD card slot for expandable storage. Connectivity options include dual 5G standby, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, and advanced navigation systems.

Design and Build

The device measures 8.28mm in thickness and weighs 212g. It carries an IP69 rating and is available in Aqua Blue, Marine Blue, and Maroon Red. The design introduces a Crystal Wave pattern with Pulse Light.

Audio and Sensors

The phone features 1115 Ultra-Linear Speakers with dual-mic noise cancellation. Sensors include proximity, ambient light, e-compass, and accelerometer.

The realme 15x will be available in three variants:

• 6GB + 128GB: ₹16,999 (₹15,999 with offers)
• 8GB + 128GB: ₹17,999 (₹16,999 with offers)
• 8GB + 256GB: ₹19,999 (₹18,999 with offers)

Sales begin October 1, 2025, on Flipkart, realme.com, and offline stores. Launch offers run until October 5, 2025.
