Realme 16 Pro, 16 and C83 5G Price Hiked Again: Check New Prices
Realme isn't done adjusting prices on its 16 series. A partner memo, effective July 6, shows another round of hikes across the Realme 16 Pro, Realme 16, and Realme C83, ranging from Rs 1,000 to Rs 3,000 depending on the variant.
This comes barely a week after the brand's last price revision on this same lineup.

Why This Keeps Happening
The memo (via) cites rising memory, chipset, and overall smartphone ecosystem costs, the same language Realme has used in every price revision this year. This isn't unique to Realme either.
According to 91mobiles, memory prices have surged nearly 90 to 120 percent since late 2025, driven largely by AI chipmakers pulling DRAM and NAND capacity away from consumer devices toward data centres and enterprise-grade memory. In budget phones, memory now reportedly makes up close to 40 percent of the total manufacturing cost.
This is the third confirmed revision on the 16 series in a matter of weeks, following hikes around June 26 and July 1. Realme's own global product marketing head had flagged this back in late 2025, saying 2026 would bring "pan-industry" price increases that no brand could avoid. Based on that pattern, there's no clear signal these hikes are done for the year.
