Realme 16 Pro Series India Launch Date Leaked

According to information shared by Sanju Choudhary, the Realme 16 Pro series - comprising the Realme 16 Pro and Realme 16 Pro+ - is set to launch in India on January 6. The tipster also claims that the base model of the Realme 16 Pro will start with an 8GB/128GB configuration.

Additionally, the Pro+ variant is said to feature a telephoto lens. However, Realme is yet to confirm the same, so we'd suggest you take this with a pinch of salt.

Realme 16 Pro Series: What to Expect?

The Realme 16 Pro+ 5G is also said to come with four RAM and storage combinations. The base model may offer 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, followed by 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB and a top-end 12GB + 512GB variant. The phone is also tipped to launch in three colour options: Camellia Pink, Master Gold, and Master Grey.

Moreover, the Realme 16 Pro+ 5G may opt for a 200MP main rear camera and a 50MP front camera. It's also expected to sport a 6.78-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144 Hz refresh rate. The phone could pack a 7,000mAh battery, which would be a significant upgrade over the 6,000mAh battery found on the Realme 14 Pro+ 5G.
