Realme is gearing up to launch its value flagship called the X2 Pro on November 20 in India. The Chinese manufacturer is also expected to launch the Realme 5s at the event. The device is said to replace the standard Realme 5 and was teased by Flipkart last week. While there were no specific details available on the hardware earlier, it has been updated now along with some key specifications. Here is all you need to know:

Realme 5s Confirmed To Feature SD 665 SoC, 48MP Quad-Cameras

Realme 5S Teaser Page Updated On Flipkart

The Realme 5S' Flipkart teaser page confirms a mid-range Snapdragon 665 processor. A video is also embedded on the Flipkart's teaser page which further reveals a 48MP quad-camera setup aligned vertically on the top-left corner of the rear panel.

It's only the primary sensor that has been tipped by the teaser. However, we can expect the company to pair an ultra-wide-angle sensor, a macro, and a depth sensor with the 48MP main lens.

The other primary feature confirmed by the video teaser is the massive 5,000 mAh battery unit. The listing does not reveal any fast charging support. So, it can't be said for sure if there will be any VOOC flash charge support.

Notably, Xiaomi introduced the Redmi Note 8 powered by a Snapdragon 665 processor and a quad-rear camera setup. Therefore, Realme 5s could be the company's take on the Redmi Note 8.

The Flipkart listing has also suggested a 6.5-inch display on the Realme 5S offering an HD+ resolution. The display is no doubt bigger than standard Realme 5, but an FHD+ resolution would have been appreciated. Also, there will be a waterdrop notch housing the selfie camera.

Besides, the aforementioned specifications, the teaser also shows some of the design elements. The rear panel seems a gradient one with the company's signature diamond-cut design.

As of now, there is no specific information available on the pricing. But the device is being speculated to launch in multiple RAM and storage variants and carry a price tag below Rs. 15,000.
