Realme C53 Launch in India Tipped, Specifications Leaked

Realme may launch a new handset in its C-series of smartphones. This will be the Realme C53 smartphone, which will be below the C55 one. According to a report published in MySmartPrice has leaked some of the expected specifications of the phone.

No official word or statement has been given by the company on this front. However, the new leak highlights some of the key specifications of the phone, like RAM, storage and design. Let's take a closer look.

Realme C53: Design

Expected to launch soon, the Realme C53 will be placed in the affordable segment of smartphones. It may be one of the most affordable buys that the company has ever offered in India.

The phone is expected to have a flat frame design, with power and volume buttons located on the right edge of the handset. The power button may also function as the fingerprint scanner in the smartphone.

A USB Type-C port along with a speaker grille is likely to be present in the bottom edge of the Realme C53.

The selfie camera will be located in a hole-punch cutout in the display at the top. Thin bezels are expected to surround the display.

Two circular cutouts at the back will host the dual camera set up, along with an LED flash.

Realme C53: RAM and Storage

Sources mentioned in the report have highlighted that the Realme C53 will come with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. Whether the phone will have multiple internal storage options isn't known yet.

The Realme C53 has also been recently spotted on the NBTC certification website, where some other specifications have come to the fore.

These include a 5000mAh battery that supports 33W fast charging. Additionally, the phone is expected to run on Android 13 out of the box, and also pack in a layer of Realme UI 4.0 on top.

There has been no official confirmation about the specifications or the launch timeline of the phone yet from the company, but according to rumours the launch is slated to take place soon in India.
