Realme GT 6 Launch Date in India Teased: Check Expected Price Range and Specifications

Realme has officially confirmed the launch date of the GT 6 in India. According to the phone's design and rumor mill, the Realme GT 6 will be a rebranded version of the Realme GT Neo 6, which was unveiled in China back in April.

Realme Vice President, Chase Xu seemingly revealed the official launch date for the Realme GT 6 in India in a teaser video of RealTALK episode 2. According to the clip, the Realme GT 6 launch date in India will take place on June 20.

The launch date was shown in a 'Realme Tech News' paper held by the company executive, which also revealed a render of the Realme GT 6. We recently learned that the Realme GT 6 would bring several AI features out of the box.

To recall, the Realme GT 6T price in India starts from Rs 30,999. Since the upcoming Realme GT 6 will be a step above the GT 6T, it will also fetch a higher price tag. We believe the Realme GT 6 price in India will start from under Rs 40,000.

To recall, the Realme GT Neo 6 price in China starts from CNY 2,099 (roughly Rs 24,750). Considering the Realme GT 6 boasts the same specifications as the GT 6 Neo, it will likely feature the same specifications.

The Realme GT Neo 6 will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. In terms of battery life, the phone packs a substantial 5500mAh battery with support for blazing-fast 120W SuperVOOC fast charging.

The GT Neo 6 boasts a sizable 6.78-inch 1.5K 8T LTPO AMOLED screen from BOE, featuring Pro-XDR display technology and a range of display enhancements. The panel sports an adaptive refresh rate between 0.5-120Hz. The display on the Realme GT Neo 6 features a peak brightness of 6,000 nits and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.

The Realme GT Neo 6 features a versatile camera setup, with a 50MP rear camera equipped with a Sony IMX882 sensor and OIS support along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, there's a 32MP selfie camera for capturing selfies. The Realme GT Neo 6 runs Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 custom skin out of the box.
