Realme GT 7 India Launch Confirmed via Amazon: Industry-Leading Gaming Feature Teased
Realme is gearing up to unveil its first GT series smartphone in India soon. The Realme GT 7 recently made its debut in China with a compelling specs sheet, offering flagship performance without breaking the bank.
Now, the Realme GT 7 is making its way to India, where it will offer "six-hour stable 120fps" gameplay. Realme has partnered with Krafton to offer this industry first benchmark. Additionally, the Realme GT 7 is also the official smartphone partner for BATTLEGROUNDS MOBILE INDIA PRO SERIES (BMPS) 2025.

Realme GT 7 India Launch
The Realme GT 7 launch date in India to take place sometime next month (May 2025). The Realme GT 7 will be sold on Amazon India, realme.com, and through mainline retail channels following its launch in the country.
We expect the Realme GT 7 price in India to start from under Rs 40,000. To recall, the Realme GT 7 currently starts from CNY 2,599 (roughly Rs 30,400) in China for the base 12GB/256GB model. Given that the handset has already launched in China, the GT 7's specifications are already well known.
Realme GT 7 Specifications
The Realme GT 7 sports a vibrant OLED display measuring 6.78 inches with Full-HD+ resolution of (1,280x2,800 pixels). It offers a refresh rate of up to 144Hz and peak brightness reaching up to 6500 nits. The screen supports a touch sampling rate of up to 2,600Hz and covers the full DCI-P3 colour gamut with a PWM dimming rate of up to 4,608Hz.
Under the hood lies a powerful octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC built on a 3nm process. This is paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM alongside UFS 4.0 storage options reaching up to 1TB capacity. The device runs on Android 15-based Realme UI 6.0 for smooth user experience.
The Realme GT 7's rear camera system features two lenses: a primary Sony IMX896 sensor offering optical image stabilisation (OIS) support at f/1.8 aperture along with an ultra-wide shooter covering an angle of 112 degrees using an 8-megapixel sensor. For selfies or video calls there's also included Sony IMX480 front-facing camera boasting resolution capabilities up to sixteen megapixels.
The device's cooling system includes a 7,700mm² VC cooling chamber enhanced by Graphene ice-sensing double-layer technology. Its back panel made from graphene-coated fibreglass enhances thermal conductivity further improving performance efficiency overall. The Realme GT 7 also features an IP68+IP69 rating for resistance to dust and water.
