Realme GT 7 Series Launch Date in India set for May 27: Check Expected Specifications and Pricing

The Realme GT 7 series is set to make its debut in India this month. While Realme has been gradually teasing details about the Realme GT 7 series, the company has now officially revealed the launch date for the two devices.

The Realme GT 7 series launch date in India and globally is set for May 27 at 01:30 pm (IST). The launch event will take place in Paris, France. The line-up will include the Realme GT 7 and Realme GT 7T.

Following the launch, the Realme GT 7 series will go on sale in India through Amazon. Realme has already teased the design of the two phones, while the Realme GT 7 has already been unveiled in China.

We expect the Realme GT 7 price in India to start from under Rs 45,000. On the other hand, the Realme GT 7T price in India is expected to start from under Rs 35,000. To recall, the Realme GT 6 and Realme GT 6T fetched a starting price of Rs 40,999 and Rs 30,999, respectively, at the time of their launch.

The Realme GT 7 is expected to pack the powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It may sport a 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display with an impressive peak brightness of 6,000 nits.

On the camera front, the device could feature a 50MP primary sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 16MP front camera for selfies and video calls. Powering the phone could be a massive 7,500mAh battery with support for blazing-fast 120W wired charging. It's also tipped to come with an IP68/IP69 rating, making it resistant to water and dust.

Realme GT 7T Specifications (Expected)

Meanwhile, the Realme GT 7T is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 chip, coupled with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. It may feature a slightly larger 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED display, also boasting a peak brightness of 6,000 nits.

For photography, the GT 7T is likely to include a dual 50MP rear camera setup and a 32MP front-facing shooter. A 6,000mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging is expected to keep the device running, and it will likely ship with Android 15 out of the box.
