Realme GT 7T with 8GB RAM Spotted in Certification – Is an India Launch Imminent?

Realme seems to be gearing up for another mid-range launch, with the Realme GT 7T on the horizon. Expected to follow the Realme GT 6T, this new model is likely to bring performance upgrades while keeping things budget-friendly.

While the exact launch date is still unknown, leaks and certifications suggest that the device could be arriving sooner rather than later.

Realme GT 7T Gets Certified with 8GB RAM – India Launch Soon?

Early Details: What We Know So Far

Right now, details about the Realme GT 7T are still scarce, but a few confirmed specs have surfaced. The device will come with 8GB of RAM and will be available in a blue color variant. It has also been spotted under the model number RMX5085 in Indonesia's TKDN certification, a sign that Realme is moving forward with its release. Another confirmed feature is NFC support, which is always a nice addition for contactless payments and quick device pairing.

Beyond these few details, Realme is keeping things under wraps, but given the company's track record, we can expect some competitive hardware packed into this model.

How Will It Compare to the Realme GT 6T?

The Realme GT 6T continues to make a strong impression in India, starting at ₹30,999. One of its standout features is its incredibly bright display, reaching a peak brightness of 6,000 nits.

It comes with a 6.78-inch FHD+ 1.5K LTPO display with a 120Hz refresh rate, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2. Under the hood, the GT 6T runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 chipset, making it the first phone in India to feature this processor. The camera setup includes a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor, an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens, and a 32MP Sony IMX615 front camera. Powering all this is a 5,500mAh battery with 120W fast charging.

Given these specs, the GT 7T will have to offer meaningful upgrades to make an impact. The biggest question is whether Realme will introduce a new processor, improved cameras, or further refinements in battery life and software performance.

Will the Realme GT 7T Launch in India?

Since the Realme GT 6T was released in India, it's highly likely that the GT 7T will follow suit. However, there's no official word yet on whether Realme will launch it in India first or if it will debut in another market. The fact that it has already been certified in Indonesia suggests that an international rollout could be in the works.
