Realme GT5 Pro Render Leaks: But Rear Camera And Periscope Lens Hint It Could Be Realme 12 Pro Plus
Realme must be working on the next generation of the flagship GT series as well as its mid-range smartphones. Renders of an alleged member of the Realme GT series have leaked online, but the camera modules are quite different in layout and appearance.
Realme recently started teasing its upcoming smartphone on X (Twitter). The cryptic Tweet claims the mystery device will have a periscope lens but doesn't mention the name. The leaked renders match the Tweet.

Realme GT5 Pro Render Leaks Online But Camera Module Belongs To Realme 12 Pro Plus?
A render, allegedly of the Realme GT5 Pro, has leaked on Chinese social media platform Weibo. Although the leak mentions the name of the smartphone, the rear camera layout, design, and the presence of a periscope lens, suggest the render could be that of the successor to the Realme 11 series.

Realme launched the Realme 11 series recently. It includes the entry-level Realme 11, the middle-level Realme 11 Pro, and the top-end Realme 11 Pro Plus. All these smartphones are capable of latching onto 5G networks in India.
As the Realme 11 series is just a few weeks old, Realme would be readying the Realme GT5 Pro. As the name suggests, it would succeed the popular Realme GT3.
Realme To Announce Realme GT5 Pro Soon?
Realme announced the Realme GT5 flagship Android smartphone last month. The premium device is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 and packs 24GB RAM as well as 1TB of internal storage.
The Realme GT5 lacks a credible periscope lens, which could offer 3x to 4x optical zoom. Hence, it is possible that the Realme GT5 Pro could feature a dedicated camera with zoom capabilities. This lens would obviously accompany a primary camera and a depth sensor.
As the Realme GT5 Pro is positioned above the Realme GT5, it should be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. If true, Realme could be the first company to launch a smartphone with the latest flagship Android smartphone with SD8 G3 SoC, 24GB RAM, and 1TB of internal storage, with a periscope lens, and presumably Android 14-based Realme UI.
