Realme P1 5G Series Launched With 120Hz Display, 45W Charging; Price Starts at Rs 14,999

Realme's all-new P1 5G series has been launched in India. The new series comprises two models namely - P1 5G and the P1 Pro 5G. Both models come with a 120Hz display, Android 14 OS, a 5,000 mAh battery, and much more. Let's check the features, pricing, and sale offers of the P1 5G series in India.

Realme P1 5G Series Features

Both the Realme P1 5G and Realme P1 Pro 5G share the same 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 2000 nits of peak brightness, TUV Rheinland certification and Rainwater Touch support. However, the Pro model gets a curved panel along with 2160Hz PWM high-frequency Dimming.

The Realme P1 is based on the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC, while the P1 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC, paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 internal storage, which also supports additional storage expansion using microSD slot.

Both models pack 5,000 mAh battery units with 45W charging support. They run on Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 custom skin with Realme promising to provide two years of Android updates and three years of security updates for the Realme P1 5G.

For imaging, both units offer a dual rear camera setup and a 16MP selfie camera. The Realme P1 5G has a 50MP Samsung JN1 main sensor and a 2MP macro camera, in contrast, the Pro model gets a 50MP Sony LYT 600 OIS-enabled main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens.

The Realme P1 Pro 5G is the first phone in the segment to offer an IP65 rating, while the P1 5G comes with an IP54 rating. Both devices feature an in-display fingerprint sensor WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, and GPS for connectivity.

Realme P1 5G Series Price and Sale in India

The Realme P1 5G starts at Rs 15,999 for the 6GB RAM/128GB storage model and Rs the 8GB/256GB storage variant is priced at Rs 18,999. On the other hand, the Realme P1 Pro 5G comes with a starting price of Rs 21,999 for the 8GB RAM/128GB storage model, while the 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage variant will cost you Rs 22,999.

The Realme P1 5G will be available for purchase in an early bird sale today 9 (April 15) at 6 pm via Flipkart and realme.com, while the the Ralme P1 Pro 5G will be available for purchase on April 22.

Buyers can get an instant discount of up to Rs 2,000 for the Realme P1 5G series, which brings the starting price to Rs 14,999 for the P1 5G. The P1 5G is offered in Phoenix Red and Peacock Green colour options, while the Pro model will be available for purchase in Phoenix Red and Parrot Blue shades.
