The Realme P3 Ultra is anticipated to join the Realme P3 Pro 5G and Realme P3x 5G, which were launched in India earlier this year. Recent leaks have revealed some specifications of the Ultra variant. A listing on a popular benchmarking site has provided insights into the chipset, RAM, and operating system of this upcoming smartphone.

A device with the model number Realme RMX5030 has surfaced on Geekbench. The listing indicates that the phone will feature an octa-core processor with four cores running at 2.20GHz, three cores at 3.20GHz, and one core at 3.35GHz. According to a report by Xpertpick, these CPU details align with a MediaTek MT6897 chipset.

Realme P3 Ultra Specifications (Expected)

The MediaTek Dimensity 8300 series SoC is expected to power the Realme P3 Ultra. This series includes both the MediaTek Dimensity 8300 and Dimensity 8350 chipsets. Additionally, it is likely to be equipped with a Mali-G615 MC6 GPU for enhanced graphics performance.

The Geekbench listing for the Realme smartphone suggests it will come with up to 12GB of RAM and operate on Android 15, potentially featuring the Realme UI 6.0 skin. In single-core and multi-core tests, it scored 1,260 and 4,055 points respectively.
