realme UI 7.0 Officially Launched: Check New Features, Rollout Timeline, and List of Eligible Phones

realme has officially announced realme UI 7.0, its latest software skin built on Android 16. The new update brings a refreshed design, AI-assisted features, and performance improvements aimed at making everyday use more fluid and personalized.

It will debut with the realme GT 8 Pro and later roll out to other devices starting in November.

A Subtle Visual Redesign

realme UI 7.0 introduces a new Light Glass Design that focuses on depth and clarity rather than flashy visuals. The interface uses semi-transparent layers and a frosted background across menus and widgets to make navigation easier on the eyes.

A redesigned Control Center, animated Ice Cube Icons, and an updated Breathing Dock layout contribute to a more polished and balanced look. The company has also added Flux Theme 2.0, which includes new lock screen styles, large text themes, and support for video wallpapers and Live Photos.

AI Features

AI is playing a bigger role in realme UI 7.0, though not in a way that feels intrusive. The new AI Notify Brief condenses non-urgent notifications into a morning and evening digest, reducing constant interruptions.

The AI Framing Master helps users compose better photos by suggesting framing and explaining why it works, while AI Gaming Coach studies gameplay patterns and adjusts performance settings to maintain consistent frame rates.

Cross-Platform Support

An unexpected addition is the Apple Watch and iPhone Connect feature. It allows calls and messages from Apple devices to appear on a realme phone and syncs health data from an Apple Watch.

Performance and Responsiveness

realme says UI 7.0 focuses heavily on making the interface smoother across all tasks. A new Flux Engine reportedly boosts responsiveness by 15% and improves scrolling and app launch speeds.

The Multi-task Sidebar provides faster access to common tools, while Seamless Animations make transitions feel more natural. These refinements aren’t revolutionary, but they address one of the biggest pain points for many Android users — consistency.
