Realme XT 730G, Realme AirPods India Launch Slated For December 17

Realme is highly anticipated to bring the Realme XT 730G in India. Well, this is the India-specific variant of the Realme XT, which went official in China in September. Apart from the smartphone, the is speculated to take the wraps off a few other accessories including the Realme AirPods, which is likely to be a budget alternative to the Apple AirPods.

Realme XT 730G India Launch Date

Soon after the launch of the Realme X2 Pro, the company revealed that the Realme XT 730G could be launched in India in December. Now, there seems to be a concrete date as the company has started sending the media invites.

Going by the same, the Realme XT 730G will be launched in India on December 17. The invite also confirms that the Realme AirPods, the first truly wireless earbuds from the company will go official alongside the smartphone. The invite features a sketch that looks very much like the Apple AirPods.

Realme XT 730G Expected Features

The Realme XT 730G is expected to arrive with a Snapdragon 730G SoC and Android 9 Pie topped with ColorOS 6.0 (that can be upgraded to ColorOS 7 based on Android 10 later). It is said to be the first smartphone to be launched with a quad-camera setup with a 64MP primary sensor seen on the Realme XT.

Realme AirPods Teased

Just a few hours before confirming the launch date and sending the invites, the company CEO Madhav Sheth teased the Realme AirPods. He took to Twitter to show off the three color options of the wireless earbuds.

It showed that the Apple AirPods budget alternative will feature a similar design with periscope-shaped earplugs and a small charging case featuring an LED light. Also, the three color options are black, white and yellow. The other details of the Realme earbuds remain unknown for now.

While the launch of the Realme XT 730G and the truly wireless earbuds has been confirmed for December 17, there is no word regarding the other devices we can expect.
