Redmi 13C Launch Date in India Confirmed for December 6: Check Expected Price, Specs

Xiaomi has confirmed an official launch date for the Redmi 13C in India. The announcement was revealed through an official post on X (formerly known as Twitter).

To recall, the Redmi 13C got its global debut earlier this month. The Redmi 13C is expected to arrive in India's entry-level segment and is also released in certain regions as the Poco C65, according to a report by MySmartPrice.

The Redmi 13C launch date in India is set for December 6, 2023. Xiaomi has also teased aspects of the upcoming Redmi 13C's design on X.com.

We expect the Redmi 13C price in India to fall under Rs 10,000. In Nigeria, the Redmi 13C costs NGN 98,100 (roughly Rs 10,200) for the base 4GB/128GB model. The Redmi 13C is also displayed in Stardust (Black) and Star Shine (Green) color options.

Redmi 13C Specifications

The Redmi 13C is powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 SoC paired with 4GB or 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. Moreover, the phone also comes with 128GB or 256GB of storage that is expandable via a microSD card.

The Redmi 13C sports a 6.74-inch HD+ (1650 x 720 pixels) IPS LCD panel with a 20.625:9 aspect ratio. The screen boasts a waterdrop notch and a 90Hz refresh rate. Connectivity options include GPS, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, a headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, and more.

On the back, the Redmi 13C gets a dual-camera setup with a 50 MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2 MP depth sensor. Up front, the device opts for a 5 MP front camera. Redmi's latest budget smartphone also packs a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 18W wired fast charging. The Redmi 13C will likely run Android 13-based MIUI out of the box.
