Redmi 14C Affordable Smartphone with MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra SoC, 120Hz Display Launched
The Redmi 14C has been officially unveiled following several notable leaks, one earlier today. This budget-friendly boasts a fresh design, a larger 6.88-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and the new Helio81 Ultra chipset.
The Redmi 14C is built around a 6.88-inch IPS LCD with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display can reach 600 nits of peak brightness and includes a 13MP selfie camera housed in a waterdrop notch.

Redmi 14C Specifications
This new device is the first to feature MediaTek's Helio G81 Ultra SoC. It retains the same CPU configuration as the G80, with Cortex-A75 and Cortex-A55 cores clocked at up to 2.0GHz, paired with the Mali-G52 MC2 GPU. The Redmi 14C comes in variants of 4GB, 6GB, or 8GB RAM and offers storage options of either 128GB or 256GB, expandable via a microSD card slot.
The rear of the phone sports a 50MP main camera along with an unspecified auxiliary lens. Additionally, there are cutouts for an LED flash and a sticker. Xiaomi has also equipped the device with a slightly larger battery capacity of 5,160 mAh that supports 18W charging. The phone retains its side-mounted fingerprint scanner and headphone jack.
Redmi 14C Color Options and Availability
The Redmi 14C is available in four colours: Midnight Black, Sage Green, Dreamy Purple, and Starry Blue. Although Xiaomi has not disclosed official pricing details yet, the device is already on sale through retailers in Czechia.
Prices start at CZK 2,999 (roughly Rs 11,100) for the model with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage and go up to CZK 3,699 (roughly Rs 13,700) for the version with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. With its competitive pricing and robust features, the Redmi 14C aims to capture significant attention in the budget smartphone market.
