Redmi 15C 5G Launched in India with Dimensity 6300 and Wet Touch Technology 2.0: Full Specs, Price Inside

The Redmi 15C 5G has been launched in India, succeeding the Redmi 14C, which made its debut earlier this year. The latest budget phone from Xiaomi comes with a massive 6000mAh battery, a sleek design, and a 50MP AI dual camera system. Check for the full specs, price, and sale date.

Redmi 15C 5G Features

The Redmi 15C has a 6.9-inch display with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz. The screen also supports Adaptive Sync and carries TUV Rheinland certification for reduced eye strain. The handset features Wet Touch technology 2.0, which allows you to respond accurately even if your hands are damp, oily or soapy.

It's powered by the Dimensity 6300 chip paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which also supports additional storage expansion of up to 1TB using a dedicated microSD card.

The phone also comes with several AI features, including support for Google's Circle to Search, integrated within HyperOS 2. Xiaomi confirms the Redmi 15C will get two years of OS updates and four years of security updates. The device also packs a 6,000mAh battery with 33W turbo charging and reverse charging.

For imaging, there is a 50MP dual rear camera system and an 8MP selfie camera. The Redmi 15C also features an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm audio jack.

The Redmi 15C 5G price in India starts at Rs 12,499 for the base 4GB/128GB model and Rs 13,999 for the 6GB/128GB model, and the top-end 8GB/128GB model will cost Rs 15,499. It comes in Dusk Purple, Moonlight Blue and Midnight Black colours. It will be available for purchase starting December 11 via Amazon.in, Mi.com and Xiaomi retail partners.
