Redmi K70E Launched with MediaTek Dimensity 8300 SoC, 120Hz OLED Display, HyperOS
Xiaomi recently unveiled the Redmi K70 series in China. Our earlier piece we took an in-depth look at the Redmi K70 and Redmi K70 Pro. And finally, here's a look at the most affordable smartphone in the line-up, the Redmi K70E.
The Redmi K70E arrives with a MediaTek chip, a smooth OLED display, a large battery with fast charging support, and a triple-camera setup. Additionally, the Redmi K70E also runs Android 14 with the new HyperOS skin.

Redmi K70E Pricing, Availability
The Redmi K70E price in China starts from CNY 1,999 (roughly Rs 23,500) for the base 12GB/256GB model. Moreover, the handset also comes in 12GB/512GB and 16GB/1TB configurations that will set you back CNY 2,199 (roughly Rs 25,900) and CNY 2,599 (roughly Rs 30,600), respectively.
The Redmi K70E is offered in Ink Black, Snow White, and Bamboo Moon Blue color options. As of now, there is no word about international availability of the Redmi K70E, but it could make its global debut as the Poco F6 5G.
Redmi K70E Specifications
The Redmi K70E is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra SoC paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The phone also features a 5,000mm² stainless steel vapor chamber. The Redmi K70E runs Android 14-based HyperOS out of the box.
The Redmi K70E sports a 6.67-inch 1.5K OLED display with a peak brightness of 1,800 nits. The panel boasts a 120Hz refresh rate and supports HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. Up front, Redmi K70E also opts for a 16 MP selfie camera. The Redmi K70E packs a 5,500 mAh battery that supports 90W fast charging.
For optics, the Redmi K70E boasts a triple-camera setup on the back with a 64 MP primary sensor with OIS support. The main camera is paired with an 8 MP ultrawide lens and a 2 MP macro unit. Like its more premium counterparts, the Redmi K70E is equipped with dual-stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support.
