Redmi Note 13 Series Confirmed on Amazon and Flipkart Ahead of India Launch

Xiaomi has officially announced the launch date for its Redmi Note 13 series in India. The eagerly anticipated Redmi Note 13, Redmi Note 13 Pro, and Redmi Note 13 Pro+ are scheduled to debut on January 4, 2024.

Amazon India and Flipkart have already geared up for the launch, creating dedicated micro-sites for the upcoming Redmi smartphones. While the Amazon micro-site hints at the "SuperPower SuperNote" tagline, Flipkart remains more mysterious about the smartphones available through its platform. However, both platforms confirm that only the 5G versions of the Redmi Note 13 series will be presented during the January 4 event.

Additionally, Xiaomi might surprise fans with announcements regarding Redmi Watch 4 and Redmi Buds 5 Pro during the event.

Pricing and Variants

As per speculations, Xiaomi may introduce the vanilla Redmi Note 13 5G at an approximate price of Rs 20,000 in India. The Pro and Pro+ variants are expected to fall under the sub-Rs 30,000 segment. Interestingly, Xiaomi might unveil the 4G variant of the Note 13 later in the Indian market.

The Pro variant is equipped with the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC, while the Pro+ variant features the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 Ultra SoC.

The devices offer varying RAM and storage options, with configurations of 8GB or 12GB RAM and 128GB, 256GB, or 512GB storage. The camera system on the Pro models is highlighted by a remarkable 200MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor, accompanied by a 16MP front camera.

The Pro model houses a 5,100mAh battery with 67W fast charging, ensuring a full charge in 44 minutes, while the Pro+ model boasts a 120W fast charging capability, achieving a complete charge in just 19 minutes. Both Pro models operate on MIUI 14 based on Android 13.
