Xiaomi has officially unveiled a new budget smartphone in China. The Redmi Note 13R is an affordable 5G smartphone and the fifth smartphone in the Note 13 series.
The Redmi Note 13R features a Snapdragon chipset, a 120Hz display, a large battery with fast charging support, a dual-camera setup, and the latest HyperOS software. Here's look at the Redmi Note 13R full specifications and pricing in China.

Redmi Note 13R Pricing, Color Options
The Redmi Note 13R price in China starts from CNY 1,399 (roughly Rs 16,450) for the base 6GB/128GB model. The Redmi Note 13R comes in Light Sea Blue, Midnight Dark, and Ice Crystal Silver color options. As of now, there is no word on availability outside China.
Moreover, the Redmi Note 13R also comes in 8GB/128GB, 8GB/256GB, 12GB/256GB, and 12GB/512GB configurations, which cost CNY 1,599 (roughly Rs 18,800), CNY 1,799 (roughly Rs 21,150), CNY 1,999 (roughly Rs 23,500), and CNY 2,199 (roughly Rs 25,850), respectively.
Redmi Note 13R Specifications
The Redmi Note 13R is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The handset runs Android 14-based HyperOS. It also packs a 5,030 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
It also sports a 6.79-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a peak brightness of 550 nits. The display boasts a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. It is TÜV Rheinland hardware-level low blue light, TÜV Rheinland rhythm-friendly, and TÜV Rheinland flicker-free certified.
For optics, the Redmi Note 13R features a 50 MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2 MP macro unit on the back. Up front, there's an 8 MP selfie camera. Connectivity options on the Note 13R include Wi-Fi 5, 4G, 5G, Bluetooth, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and more. The Redmi Note 13R weighs 205 grams and measures 8.32mm thick.
