Redmi Note 14 5G With Dimensity 7050 SoC Global Launch Likely Soon; Coming to India?

The Redmi Note 14 5G was launched alongside the Note 14 Pro and Note 14 Pro+ last month in China. Now, the smartphone has been spotted on Indonesia's SDPPI certification database, hinting at an imminent global launch.

The global variant of the Note 14 already visited the IMEI database and the US FCC website, which means the launch could take place soon. However, the brand has not shared any details regarding the same.

Redmi Note 14 5G Global Launch Likely Soon

The Redmi Note 14 5G has surfaced on Indonesia's SDPPI certification database with model number 24094RAD4G, confirming its moniker. However, the certification site doesn't reveal any details of the phone except for the moniker. There is a chance the global variant could ship with a similar set of specifications as the Chinese counterpart.

To recall, the Redmi Note 14 5G has a 6.67-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 2,100 nits. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7050 SoC paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

Running Android 14-based HyperOS, the Note 14 5G packs a 5,110mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support. For imaging, there is a dual-camera setup including a 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary sensor with OIS support and a 2MP secondary camera. Up front, the Note 14 5G opts for a 16MP selfie camera.

The phone also features an IP64 rating, dual stereo speakers and an in-display fingerprint sensor. In addition to the standard Note 14 5G, the other two Redmi Note 14 Pro models are also expected to launch globally soon.

Redmi Note 14 5G: Coming to India?

As of now, there is no hint regarding the launch of the Note 14 in India. However, the Note 14 Pro+ could arrive soon in the country as it already visited the Bureau of Indian Standards certification website with model number 24115RABEI.
