Redmi Note 5 Pro back for pre-orders on Mi.com starting today
Redmi Note 5 Pro back for pre-orders from 12 pm starting today on company's official e-commerce platform Mi.com. The news has been confirmed by the Mi Forum.
A couple of months back Redmi has launched it's Note 5 Pro smartphone. The phone will be open for pre-orders from 12 pm today on company's official e-commerce platform Mi.com. This news has been confirmed by the Mi Forum, even the Xiaomi India website also shows the next pre-order date as May 4.
Redmi Note 5 Pro comes with a base price of Rs 13,999for the 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage version, and the 6GB RAM 64GB storage option comes with a price tag of Rs 16,999. Both the variants are avail for pre-order on the website. Previously the phone was available for pre-orders on April 13, that time the smartphone was expected to be delivered in 2-4 weeks.
For placing the order, users need to login to their Mi account, or you can also use your Facebook account to login. The company promises that Redmi Note 5 Pro will be delivered within 5 business days after a successful online transaction.
As per Xiaomi's new rule, users have to make online payments for purchasing the Redmi Note 5 Pro. The Company will credit cancellations if they are registered before product shipment. Buyers will be refunded within 5-7 business days for cancelled pre-order.
This time buyers don't have the COD (cash on delivery) option, because the company has disabled cash on delivery as an option from its official website as well as from other sites like Flipkart and Amazon. The company has taken this step to fight against resales of the phones given the high volume of demand.
The Redmi 5 series the Redmi Note 5 and Redmi 5 has helped the company to increase its market share in India to 31 percent, which makes it ahead of other rivals like Samsung. In terms of specifications, Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro comes with a 5.99-inch FHD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The device is powered by a Snapdragon 636 processor paired with 4GB or 6GB RAM and 64GB onboard storage which can be expandable via microSD.
On the camera part, it sports a combination of 12MP + 5MP dual-rear camera setup. On the front, the phone houses a 20MP front-facing selfie camera. The smartphone is backed by a 4000mAh battery and runs MIUI 9 which is based on Android 7.1.2 Nougat. It is available in Black, Gold Rose Gold and lake Blue colour variants.
