Redmi Note 8T Launched: Specifications And Price
Redmi Note 8T, a new model in the Note 8-series, has been launched at an event in Madrid. The handset's some key specs include quad rear cameras featuring a 48MP primary sensor, 6.3-inch full-HD+ display, and Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging support. The smartphone will be available for sale in France from November 15. And, it will gradually debut in European countries like the UK, Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Redmi Note 8T's waterdrop notched display comes with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels with an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. Under the hood, the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 AIE SoC, paired with Adreno 610 GPU, up to 4GB RAM and up to 128GB ROM which can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card slot.
Other than the 48MP primary lens, the smartphone houses an 8MP secondary sensor along with two 2MP sensors for depth sensing and macro photography. At the front, it sports a 13MP camera. A few camera features include AI Beautify, AI portrait selfies, AI scene detection, AI face unlock, and Palm Shutter. It runs Android 9 Pie topped by MIUI 10.
Furthermore, the mobile phone's connectivity aspects include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, USB-Type C, and 3.5mm headphone jack. The device has sensors like a fingerprint sensor, an ambient light, accelerometer, gyroscope, infrared, and proximity sensor. It ships with a 4,000mAh battery.
The phone is available in Starscape Blue, Moonlight White, and Moonshadow Grey colors. And, its price starts from EUR 179 which is roughly Rs. 15,600 for the 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM option. Its other two variants of 4GB RAM/64GB ROM and 4GB RAM/128GB ROM are priced at EUR 199(approx. Rs. 15,600) and EUR 249(nearly Rs. 19,600), respectively.
To recall, the Redmi Note 8 was launched in India at Rs. 9,999 for the 4GB and 64GB storage options. While its top-end variant of 6GB and 128GB ROM is available from Rs. 12,999. The handset's most specs are similar to the Note 8T smartphone.
