Redmi Note 8T Renders Reveal Possible Design With Quad Rear Cameras

A few weeks back, there were speculations that Xiaomi is all set to launch a new smartphone with the Snapdragon 730G. It was believed to be the Redmi Note 8T. While the Redmi fans await this smartphone, the company come up with the Redmi Note 8 and Note 8 Pro in India.

Now, it looks like the Redmi Note 8T is still in plans and could be launched sometime later. While there is no concrete information about the upcoming smartphone, a recent leak showing the renders of the alleged Redmi Note 8T reveals that it has not been axed.

In the image above, the render on the left is that of the upcoming Redmi Note 8T while that on the right is the recently launched Redmi Note 8. There seem to be quad cameras at the rear that are vertically stacked placed as seen on the Redmi Note 8.

The tipster who revealed the renders of the upcoming smartphone debunked the speculations that the device could arrive with the Snapdragon 730G.

The tipster believes that the Redmi Note 8T and Note 8 flaunt identical specifications with the only difference being the NFC support in the yet-to-be-announced model. As of now, Redmi is yet to confirm the existence of the Redmi Note 8T officially.

Quad Rear Cameras Hinted

Similar to the Redmi Note 8, the Redmi Note 8T is also said to feature quad cameras at the rear. It is said to arrive with a primary 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP dedicated macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. At the front, the smartphone will feature a 13MP selfie camera as seen in the newly launched model.

Given that the Redmi Note 8T could be launched anytime soon, we can expect information regarding the device surface online in the coming days. One thing that we can expect is that the Redmi Note 8T could be an affordable device with quad rear cameras just like its kins.
