Redmi Turbo 3 Moniker Confirmed; Likely to Launch in April

Redmi has been teasing the arrival of a smartphone for several days which was expected to come with Redmi Note 13 Turbo moniker. Now, the brand has confirmed the moniker of its upcoming phone.

The handset will be the part of new Turbo series which will be named the Redmi Turbo 3. Here's everything you should know about the Redmi Turbo 3.

Redmi Turbo 3: What to Expect?

Redmi Brand's General Manager Wang Teng Thomas also shared an image of the Redmi Turbo 3, showing its sleek bezels. The phone will be equipped with the new Snapdragon 8 series flagship chip.

The brand did not disclose anything regarding the key specs of the handset. However, several reports gave us an idea of what to expect from the upcoming Redmi Turbo 3.

The smartphone is tipped to come with 1.5K resolution and Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset. The phone was spotted with a centred punch hole cutout and the power button and volume rockers will be on the right edge of the device.

Further, the Redmi Turbo 3 is said to pack a 5,000 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. For imaging, the Turbo 3 is expected to offer a 50MP IMX882 main camera and a 20MP front camera for selfies.

The phone is tipped to come with a starting price of RMB 1,999 (around Rs 23,000). However, we suggest our readers take this with a pinch of salt.

As far as the launch is concerned, the handset will go official in April in China. The exact launch date is yet to be announced. The smartphone is expected to come in India under the POCO brand as the POCO F6.
