Redmi Turbo 4 with Dimensity 8400 Spotted on Geekbench: Key Specifications And Performance Revealed

Redmi is preparing to unveil the Turbo 4 in China next month. This smartphone will feature the newly announced Dimensity 8400 chipset. A Xiaomi device, identified by model number 24129RT7CC, recently received approval from China's 3C certification platform. This same device, likely the Redmi Turbo 4, has also been spotted in Geekbench's database, which reveals immersive scores.

The Redmi Turbo 4, powered by the Dimensity 8400, achieved impressive scores on Geekbench. It scored 1642 points in the single-core test and 6056 points in the multi-core test. These scores surpass those of the Redmi K70e, which was launched last year as the first phone with a Dimensity 8300 processor.

Redmi Turbo 4 Expected Specifications

The upcoming Redmi Turbo 4 is anticipated to sport a 6.67-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The device is expected to offer up to 16GB of RAM and storage options reaching up to 512GB.

In terms of photography, the phone is likely to feature a dual-camera setup on the back, including a 50MP main camera with OIS support and an 8MP sensor. For selfies, a front-facing camera with a resolution of 20MP is expected. It may come with a substantial battery capacity ranging between 6,000mAh and 6,550mAh, supporting fast charging at 90W.

The Geekbench listing also reveals that this device will run on Android 15 and include HyperOS 2.0 layered on top. The inclusion of these features suggests that users can expect enhanced performance and user experience from this new model.

Redmi Turbo 4 Launch Details

The launch of the Redmi Turbo 4 in China is slated for early January 2025. Following its release in China, it will be introduced globally under the name POCO X7 Pro.
