[REPORT] LeEco, Coolpad Jointly Working on Cool 1 Smartphone with Dual Camera Setup

Recently, LeEco has acquired 11% of stakes from Coolpad, which makes them the largest shareholder. Soon after this deal, both the companies are now working on the high-end smartphone dubbed as Cool 1.

The Chinese handset maker Coolpad took Weibo to tease the upcoming smartphone. As per the teaser, this smartphone will flaunt a dual camera setup and expected to be unveiled on August 10.

As per the unofficial report, the purported Cool 1 smartphone might come packed with 5.5-inch QHD display, Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB ROM. However, there is no information about the expandable storage option.

If the information circulating around the Internet ends up being valid, the so-called Cool 1 will have Android 6.0 Marshmallow, a fingerprint sensor and powered by a 3500mAh battery on board.
