Samsung typically hosts two major Galaxy Unpacked events a year for its flagship smartphone launches. The first event focuses on the Galaxy S series, while the second, usually held around July, introduces the foldable lineup.

The tech giant is now gearing up for its first Galaxy Unpacked event of 2026, which is expected to take place on February 25, when it will unveil the Galaxy S26 series. Although Samsung has not officially confirmed anything regarding this, several leaks and rumors have already given us enough of an idea of what to expect. In addition to the upcoming S26 lineup, there are several other flagship devices in the pipeline, which may launch throughout 2026.

Galaxy Unpacked February 2026: What to Expect

Samsung's first Galaxy Unpacked event of 2026 is expected to take place on February 25, where the company will unveil the Galaxy S26 series, new TWS earbuds, and more. The S26 series will most likely include the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26 Plus, and Galaxy S26 Ultra.

Moreover, the Galaxy S26 series is said to be available for pre-orders from February 26 to March 4, 2026. The pre-sale period is expected to begin on March 5 and run until March 10, with open sales likely starting on March 11.

Samsung is also expected to launch the Galaxy Buds 4 series at the event, which will likely include the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro. In addition, Samsung has confirmed that One UI 8.5 will debut with the Galaxy S26 series. Rumours also suggest the Galaxy Book6 series, which made its debut at CES 2026, may be available for purchase.

Galaxy Unpacked July 2026: What to Expect

Samsung's second Galaxy Unpacked event of 2026, typically held in July. This time, it is expected to bring the next-gen foldable smartphones, tablets, and smartwatches. At July's event, we will see both the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and Galaxy Z Flip 8.

According to tipster Ice Universe, citing industry insiders, Samsung is reportedly planning to produce around 3.5 million units of the Galaxy Z Fold 8 and between 2.5 to 3 million units of the Galaxy Z Flip 8. There are also rumours about a possible Galaxy Wide Fold.

In addition to the foldables, the South Korean tech giant is also expected to introduce the Galaxy Tab S12 series and Galaxy Watch 9 series, along with a Galaxy Watch Ultra 2, which have already appeared on certification platforms.

Apart from these flagships, Samsung is also expected to launch several mid-range models this year. Currently, the brand is focusing on its new Galaxy F70 series, which is confirmed to be priced under ₹30,000.

The first model in the lineup, the Galaxy F70e, is scheduled to launch on February 9 and is confirmed to be priced under ₹15,000. With the new series, Samsung is focusing heavily on camera upgrades and AI-powered features to strengthen its position in the competitive mid-range segment.
