Samsung Camera App Hints At Galaxy S11 Series Optical Specs
Samsung is prepping for the launch of its Galaxy S11 series. Ahead of the launch, there have been reports that confirm that these devices will come with new camera features. These features include 8K video recording option, 20:9 aspect ratio, Director's View, Single Take Photo, and Night Hyperlapse. The handsets are also likely to offer 108MP photos.
It is believed that Samsung's One UI 2.0 beta 4 update will add support for 8K video recording. It's quite obvious that the new UI will ship with the Galaxy S11 series. And with this, the 8K video recording feature will be a part of these upcoming phones. At the same time, we can expect the brand to include Snapdragon 865 SoC to the new smartphones. The new processor is believed to come with support for the 8K 30fps video option.
To shoot 8K video recording, the new S11 series should be able to capture 33,177,600 pixels that hint at a 108MP primary rear sensor. The Galaxy S11 lineup includes the S11, S11 Plus, and the S11e. Out of these three models, the S11 could come with a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen size and a 4,300 mAh battery. While the S11 Plus handset is likely to sport a 6.9-inch display.
And, the S11e might ship either with a 6.2-inch or 6.4-inch display with a 3,730 mAh battery capacity. All these displays are also expected to flaunt curved-edge design. These smartphones could run Android 10 based on the new One UI 2.0.
The UI is currently rolled out as a beta 4 update, and after the OS is tested successfully by fixing all the bugs, you would be able to install it in your devices. Other than that, several specifications are yet to be revealed. As the days are passing, we will get to know the full specifications of these new handsets.
