Samsung has officially unveiled a new budget smartphone in India. The Samsung Galaxy A05s has landed in India, following its arrival in select global markets.
The Samsung Galaxy A05s features a 6nm Qualcomm chipset, a triple-camera setup on the back, a high-refresh-rate display, and a large battery. For a budget smartphone, the Galaxy A05s also offers solid software support.

The Samsung Galaxy A05s price in India is set at Rs 14,999 for the sole 6GB/128GB model. The Samsung Galaxy A05s is available through Samsung exclusive and retail stores, Samsung.com and other online portals.
Samsung is offering a cashback of Rs 1,000 on the purchase of the Galaxy A05s using SBI credit cards for a limited period. The Samsung Galaxy A05s is offered in Light Green, Light Violet, and Black shades.

The Samsung Galaxy A05s is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 SoC paired with the Adreno 610 GPU. The phone features up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage that is expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card slot.

Samsung's latest budget smartphone sports a 6.7-inch FHD+ IPS LCD panel with a standard 60Hz refresh rate. The Samsung Galaxy A05s packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. Connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi, GPS, a USB Type-C port, and more.
For optics, the Galaxy A05s boasts a triple-camera setup with a 50 MP primary sensor, a 2 MP depth sensor, and a 2 MP macro unit. Up front, the phone opts for a 13 MP selfie camera housed in a waterdrop notch. The phone runs Android 13-based OneUI 5.1 Core with four years of regular software updates and two years of major OS updates.
