Samsung Galaxy A06 With 50MP Dual Cameras, 90Hz Display Launched; Coming to India?
Samsung has launched a budget-friendly A-series smartphone dubbed the Galaxy A06 in Vietnam. The handset comes as a successor to the Galaxy A05, featuring the same design as its predecessor. Let's take a look at the detailed features and pricing of the latest Galaxy A06.
Samsung Galaxy A06: Features
In terms of features, the Samsung Galaxy A06 has a 6.7-inch (720 x 1600 pixels) HD+ LCD screen that supports a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 paired with up to 6GB of RAM and up to 128GB of onboard storage.

On the software front, it runs on Android 14 with One UI. The device also packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 25W wired charging support. For imaging, there is a dual rear camera system including a 50MP main camera and a 2MP depth sensor.
Upfront, the Samsung Galaxy A06 opts for an 8MP selfie camera. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm audio jack, and Bluetooth 5.3 for connectivity.
Samsung Galaxy A06 Price and Expected India Launch
The Samsung Galaxy A06 price in Vietnam starts at VND 3,190,000 (around Rs 10,700 for the 4GB/64GB storage variant and VND 3,790,000 (around Rs 12,734) for the 6GB/128GB storage model.
Moreover, the Galaxy A06 already visited the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification. Last month, the support page for the Galaxy A06 went live in India, suggesting an imminent launch. However, the exact launch date is yet to be announced.
