Samsung Galaxy A27 Launch Expected to Take Place Soon: Check Expected Specifications and Price Range in India

Samsung appears to be preparing the launch of a new Galaxy A-series smartphone, the Samsung Galaxy A27. While the company has not officially announced the handset yet, its existence was briefly confirmed through an official Samsung Brazil listing.

The upcoming smartphone has also surfaced in multiple leaks and certification platforms, revealing key details about its design and specifications. The Galaxy A27 is expected to arrive as the successor to last year's Galaxy A26 and could feature upgrades such as a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset, a triple rear camera setup, and Android 16 out of the box.

Samsung Galaxy A27 Launch: What to Expect

The Samsung Galaxy A27 was recently spotted on Samsung Brazil's website as a compatible device for Samsung Wallet. The listing, first noticed by GalaxyClub, included the Galaxy A27 alongside already launched devices like the Galaxy A37 and Galaxy A57. Although the mention was quickly removed, it strongly suggests that the launch may not be far away.

Samsung has yet to confirm an official launch date for the smartphone. However, the device has also appeared on Geekbench and the IMEI database with model number SM-A276B, hinting that testing is already underway.

Samsung Galaxy A27 Price in India: What to Expect

As for pricing, Samsung is expected to position the Galaxy A27 higher than its predecessor. To recall, the Samsung Galaxy A26 launched in India in March last year at a starting price of Rs. 24,999.

However, it won't come as a surprise if the Galaxy A27's price in India could started from under Rs 35,000. This would be in line with the recent price hikes to the Samsung Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A37.

Samsung Galaxy A27 Expected Specifications

The Samsung Galaxy A27 is tipped to retain the 6.7-inch display seen on the Galaxy A26. Leaks suggest that the smartphone will feature a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera and Samsung's signature Key Island design.

For optics, the handset is expected to sport a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera. On the front, Samsung could equip the device with a 12-megapixel selfie shooter.
