Samsung Galaxy A34 5G Specs, Design Renders Leak: Dimensity 1080 SoC, 6.6-Inch S-AMOLED Display Tipped

Several leaks regarding the Samsung Galaxy A34 have surfaced online of late. In what appears to be the latest, design renders, likely a part of the device’s promotional material, have leaked online. Samsung has made some interesting design choices for the Galaxy A34 5G.

The design renders of the Samsung Galaxy A34 5G match closely with the Samsung Galaxy smartphone released this year. Specifically, there are no protruding camera bumps on the back of the smartphone. The triple camera setup is just as on the Samsung Galaxy S23 series.

The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G does, however, get an "Infinity-U display", where the front-facing camera is nestled in a U-shaped notch instead of a circular, punch-hole cutout. Additionally, the bezels on this smartphone appear rather thicker than those on last year’s Samsung Galaxy smartphones.

The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G will likely feature a 6.6-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-U Display with a 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. The 1080p screen is rumored to have a 120Hz refresh rate, an Infinity-U display, and an under-display fingerprint scanner.

The smartphone is rumored to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1080 6nm processor with Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. The base variant could pack 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage, while the top variant could get 8GB RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

The Galaxy A34 5G will likely have a triple camera setup on the back, headlined by a 48MP primary camera. There would be an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, 5MP macro camera, and a singular LED flash. The front-facing camera could have a 13MP lens.

The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G is tipped to be powered by a 5000mAh battery with support for 25W wired fast charging via a USB-C port. The Samsung smartphone has reportedly secured an IP67 rating, which makes it resistant to water splashes and dust.
