According to the Samsung Galaxy A series microsite, the smartphone will launch in India on March 16 at 12pm. The device will arrive in the country a day after the global launch.

The web page includes images of the upcoming smartphone, which appears similar to leaked renders of the Galaxy A54. The site also reveals that the smartphone will have an IP67 rating for splash resistance.

The microsite indicates that the new Galaxy A smartphone will sport a glass finish and premium design. Samsung states that the phone will have a "Nightography" feature for improved low-light photography.

Galaxy A54: Expected Features

The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G will feature a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with a Full HD+ resolution and a refresh rate of 120Hz. The phone will have a punch-hole cutout in the center.

The Galaxy A54 5G will be powered by an Exynos 1380 SoC based on the 5nm process. It will be accompanied by up to 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage.

The A54 will sport a triple camera setup at the back. It will include a primary 50MP camera with OIS, a 12MP ultrawide sensor, and a 5MP macro lens. At the front, it will feature a 32MP camera for selfies.

The smartphone will boot Android 13-based OneUI 5.1 out of the box. The device will pack a 5,000mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging.
