Samsung is set to unveil three new Galaxy A series smartphones in India next week. The teaser images reveal a metal frame and triple rear cameras for the phones. The promotional tagline, "Looks that Slay" and "More awesome is on the way. Stay tuned," hints at exciting features.

The upcoming models are expected to be successors to last year's Galaxy A35 and Galaxy A55, likely named Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56 alongside the Galaxy A26. Earlier this month, press renders and specifications of these phones emerged, showcasing them in various colours.

Samsung Galaxy A Series Launch Date in India

The Samsung Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36, and Galaxy A26 are launching in India next week on March 2, 2025. As of now, details about the launch are still under wraps, although it could take place at 12 noon (IST).

We expect the Samsung Galaxy A56 price in India to start from under Rs 40,000. On the other hand, the Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A26 could start from under Rs 35,000 and Rs 30,000, respectively.

Samsung Galaxy A56 Specifications (Expected)

It will have an FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a triple-camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and a 5MP macro unit, as well as a 12MP front camera.

The A56 is powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support and runs Android 15-based OneUI 7.0 with six years of software updates. It also features Gorilla Glass Victus 2, a glass back, metal frame, and an IP67 rating.

The Galaxy A36 is expected to come with the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chip, an FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, and a triple-camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultrawide lens, and a 5MP macro unit, plus a 12MP front camera. It will have a 5,000 mAh battery and run the same Android 15-based OneUI 7.0.
