Samsung Galaxy A56, Galaxy A36 Prices in India Hiked Under the Radar: Here's How Much They Cost Now

Samsung has increased the prices of its Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56 smartphones in India, with the revised prices now reflecting on the company's official website. The latest hike comes ahead of the festive shopping season, with both smartphones becoming more expensive by up to Rs. 3,000. However, some configurations are still available at their previous prices through online retailers, including Amazon and Flipkart.

The price revisions affect multiple RAM and storage variants of the two mid-range smartphones. The increases also come amid ongoing memory supply constraints that have affected smartphone pricing across the industry.

Samsung Galaxy A36 Price Hiked in India

The Samsung Galaxy A36 has received a price hike of up to Rs. 3,000 across its available configurations. The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant, which was previously priced at Rs. 33,999, now costs Rs. 36,999.

Meanwhile, the 8GB + 256GB variant is now listed at Rs. 40,999, while the top-end 12GB + 256GB configuration costs Rs. 46,499.

Samsung Galaxy A56 Price Increased Across Variants

The Samsung Galaxy A56 has also become more expensive in India. Its 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant now costs Rs. 44,999, up from its earlier price of Rs. 42,999.

The 8GB + 256GB model is now priced at Rs. 48,999, while the 12GB + 256GB variant costs Rs. 54,499. The revised prices are already reflected on Samsung's official website.

Older Prices Still Available on Amazon and Flipkart

Despite the official price increases, some Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56 variants are reportedly still available at their previous prices on Amazon and Flipkart. Buyers looking to purchase either smartphone may want to check the current listings before stocks at the lower prices run out.

The timing of the price hike also coincides with the upcoming Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale 2026. Early sale teasers suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE could be available for under Rs. 50,000, while the standard Galaxy S25 may fall below Rs. 60,000 after discounts and bank offers. These deals could provide another option for shoppers considering Samsung's mid-range and flagship smartphones.

The latest price revisions make the Galaxy A36 and Galaxy A56 more expensive just ahead of the festive shopping period.
