A couple of days ago, we reported that the Galaxy C9 will be the next smartphone under the Galaxy C series, which are exclusive to the Chinese market. That leak suggested that the Galaxy C9 will be the next smartphone in Galaxy C series with model number SM-C900 and codenamed as 'Amy'.
The previous leak did not reveal any specifications of the smartphone, but yesterday the smartphone was spotted on Indian import and export site, Zauba. A total of eight pieces were imported to India for testing purpose.
The Zauba listing also revealed the smartphone's screen size as 5.7-inch which is same as the Galaxy C7. Also, each unit of the handset costs Rs. 17,107 (approx. $250).
There isn't much news about the specifications of the smartphone. To recall, the Galaxy C5 and the Galaxy C7 arrived with a 5.2-inch and 5.7-inch display respectively. The Galaxy C5 packs a relatively smaller Snapdragon 617 chipset, whereas the Galaxy C7 arrived with a Snapdragon 625 chipset. Both the smartphones feature 4GB of RAM.
The Galaxy C9 might also pack the similar specifications or arrive with some better specifications than its predecessors. However, the Galaxy C9 will also be an exclusive China itself. We will update you as if we find details regarding the Galaxy C9 specifications. Stay Tuned.
