Samsung Galaxy F15 5G Launch Date in India set for March 4: Price Range Confirmed Via Flipkart

Samsung is gearing up to unveil a new budget smartphone in India soon. Rumors about the Samsung Galaxy F15 5G have been doing the rounds for some time now.

However, the South Korean tech giant recently confirmed the official launch date for the Samsung Galaxy F15 5G in India. The Galaxy F15 5G will succeed last year's Galaxy F14 5G and the official microsite suggests there will be quite a few upgrades.

The Samsung Galaxy F15 5G launch date in India is set for March 4 at 12 noon. A microsite for the Galaxy F15 5G is already live on Flipkart, which confirms the handset will go on sale through the e-commerce platform after its launch in the country.

Moreover, the microsite confirms key specifications of the Galaxy F15 5G, while hinting at its price tag. Flipkart also confirms that the Samsung Galaxy F15 5G price range in India will fall anywhere between Rs 10,000 - Rs 15,000 for the base model. To recall, the Galaxy F14 5G featured a starting price of Rs 12,990 when it was first unveiled in March 2023.

Samsung Galaxy F15 5G Specifications

Samsung has confirmed that the Galaxy F15 5G will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC. Moreover, it will debut as the only smartphone in the segment to feature a 6,000 mAh battery. Additionally, it will also be the first smartphone in the segment to offer a Super AMOLED display.

The site also reveals the design of the Galaxy F15 5G, which is reminiscent of the flagship Samsung Galaxy S24. However, the Galaxy F15 5G appears to have noticeably thicker bezels and a waterdrop notch for the selfie camera.

The Galaxy F15 5G also receives a flagship-worthy upgrade cycle with Samsung offering four years of Android OS updates and five years of security updates. Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy F15 5G will feature a triple-camera setup on the back.
