Samsung Galaxy F70 5G Launched in India with Exynos Chip, 50MP OIS Camera, 90Hz AMOLED Display

Samsung has added a new option to India’s crowded sub-₹25,000 5G phone market with the Galaxy F70 5G. The phone’s main pitch is a slim body, a 50MP camera with optical image stabilisation and built-in AI features from Google and Samsung.

The Galaxy F70 5G measures 7.5mm in thickness and weighs 192 grams, making design a clear focus for this model. Samsung has paired that frame with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display, a 90Hz refresh rate and an Infinity-U notch. The screen also gets Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection.

Samsung Galaxy F70 5G Specifications

The phone runs on Samsung’s 5nm Exynos 1330 chipset, supported by a Mali-G68 MP2 GPU. It comes with up to 6GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB storage. Users can expand storage by up to 2TB through a microSD card, which remains useful for buyers who store videos, photos and offline media locally.

For cameras, Samsung has used a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilisation, branded as the “No Shake Cam”. The setup also includes a 5MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera. A 13MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. The OIS support is likely to be the key camera feature at this price.

The Galaxy F70 5G packs a 5,000mAh battery and supports 25W wired fast charging. It also carries an IP54 rating for dust and splash resistance. On the software side, the phone includes Google Gemini, Circle to Search, Samsung Knox security and Samsung Wallet, giving it a stronger ecosystem angle than basic hardware-only upgrades.
