Samsung Galaxy M36 5G Launching in India on June 27; Amazon Availability Confirmed

Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy M36 5G in India on June 27, which will succeed last year's Galaxy M35 5G. The next-gen model will feature a pill-shaped camera island and notch cutout at the front.

The Amazon listing has already revealed a few details of the upcoming Galaxy M-series phone. Here's everything you need to know about the Samsung Galaxy M36 5G.

The Samsung Galaxy M36 5G is scheduled to launch on June 27 at 12 PM IST. Following the launch, the phone will go on sale via Amazon, where a dedicated microsite is already live.

Samsung Galaxy M36 5G - What We Know So Far

As per the Amazon listing, the Samsung Galaxy M36 5G will come in three colour options - Orange Haze, Velvet Black, and Serene Green. The phone is confirmed to feature Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ and measure at just 7.7mm, 15 per cent slimmer compared to its predecessor.

It will have a triple rear camera system including a 50MP main camera with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, there will be a 13MP camera sensor. Camera features will include 4K video recording, Night Portraits, AI-powered photo editing, and Multi-frame Synthesis.

The Galaxy M36 5G will also come with several AI features such as Circle to Search, Gemini Live, and Instant Action. Although the processor and display features are still under wraps, the Geekbench listing revealed that the Galaxy M36 will be powered by the Exynos 1380 chipset. It is also tipped to run on Android 15 with One UI 7 and offer 6GB of RAM. As of now, there's no clue regarding its pricing. However, we expect it could be priced similarly to its predecessor, the M35 5G, at around Rs 20,000.
