Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Launch in Select Markets Likely in Q3

The publication SamMobile claimed that the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE will be launched in Q3 2023. This means it'll happen between July-September 2023.

However, the publication clarified that the launch will happen in select markets only. A bigger release, it said, is scheduled for Q4 2023 and Q1 2024. However, an important point to note is that there has been no official word from Samsung on the launch timeline. Apart from the launch timeline, the publication also highlighted the phone's processor details. Let's take a closer look.

Samsung Galaxy S23 FE: Processor Details

Apart from the launch timeline, SamMobile also said that the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE will be powered by Exynos 2200 SoC, coupled with AMD's Xclipse 920 GPU.

Additionally, it said that while the Galaxy S21 FE came with the Snapdragon or Exynos chip depending on the specific market, the Galaxy S23 FE will feature the Exynos 2200 in all regions.

Samsung Galaxy S23 FE: Rumoured Specifications

There have been rumours doing the rounds about the specifications of the upcoming smartphone.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE is rumoured to have a 50MP primary camera. This is expected to be a part of a triple camera setup. There is also likely to be a 12MP selfie camera in the front.

On the charging and battery front, it is expected to feature a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 25W charging. The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE's battery also got certified recently.

When it comes to RAM and storage, the handset will come in multiple variants, that feature 6GB/8GB RAM, and 128GB/256GB storage.

Additionally, the phone is also likely to go live before two other widely anticipated phones from the brand - Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5.

However, the company hasn't revealed anything about the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE officially yet. It is expected that Samsung will reveal the date of launch as well as some specifications as it nears the official launch of the smartphone. This launch or even the teaser launches could happen as early as next month, if the recent rumours and reports are to be believed.
