Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Full Specifications Tipped: Expected to Launch in September 2025

Samsung is preparing to launch the final smartphone in its Galaxy S24 line-up in the coming months. The Samsung Galaxy S25 FE is expected to join the ranks of the Galaxy S25 series in India and globally in September.

According to tipster Debayan Roy, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE launch in India will take place sometime towards the end of September 2025. Roy also compiled the full specifications of the Galaxy S25 FE.

A post on X reveals that the upcoming Galaxy S25 FE will be powered by the Exynos 2400 SoC, which is the same chip powering the Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus in India and other regions. The chip will likely be paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

Moreover, the Galaxy S25 FE is also expected to sport a 6.7-inch FHD+ LTPO AMOLED display with slim bezels and a 120Hz refresh rate. The handset could also pack a 4,900 mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging support. The battery will also support wireless charging support.

The Galaxy S25 FE will run on Android 16 with the One UI 8.0 skin on top. Samsung will likely offer six or seven years of OS and security updates with the Galaxy S25 FE. For optics, the Galaxy S25 FE will come with a 50MP primary sensor with OIS support, a 12MP ultrawide lens, and an 8MP telephoto shooter with 3x zoom.

Up front, the Galaxy S25 FE is expected to opt for a 12MP selfie camera. The Galaxy S25 FE will also feature an IP68 rating for resistance to dust and water. It will also pack dual stereo speakers. The Galaxy S25 FE is touted to measure 7.8mm thick and weigh 190 grams. While Roy didn't provide details on pricing, we believe the Galaxy S25 FE price in India could start from under Rs 60,000.
