Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Goes on Sale in India: Check Price, Specs, and Performance Review
Samsung’s Galaxy S25 FE, first unveiled earlier this month, is now officially on sale in India. The phone expands the company’s Fan Edition lineup and is being positioned as a “value flagship” that trims some of the extras while retaining the essentials.

Price, Colors, and Sale Offers
The Galaxy S25 FE is priced at ₹59,999 for the 8GB + 128GB variant, ₹65,999 for 8GB + 256GB, and ₹77,999 for 8GB + 512GB. It’s available in Navy, Jet-Black, and White, across Samsung.com, Samsung Exclusive Stores, authorized retailers, and leading e-commerce platforms.
To sweeten the deal, Samsung is offering a ₹12,000 storage upgrade (pay for 256GB, get 512GB), ₹5,000 cashback with select bank cards, up to 24 months of no-cost EMI, and ₹4,000 off on the Galaxy Buds3 FE. Two years of screen protection is also available starting at ₹4,199.
Hardware and Build
The phone comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display (FHD+, 120Hz refresh rate, 1,900 nits peak brightness) protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+. At 7.4mm thin and 190 grams, it’s lighter than some rivals in the same segment. The upgraded Armor Aluminum frame and IP68 rating provide added protection against drops, dust, and water.
Performance: Exynos 2400 in Real Use
Powering the S25 FE is Samsung’s Exynos 2400 chipset, the same processor used in last year’s Galaxy S24 and S24+. It’s paired with 8GB RAM and up to 512GB of storage.
While benchmark numbers aren’t its strongest suit — it trails Snapdragon 8 Elite and Dimensity 9400-powered rivals in AnTuTu and Geekbench scores — our performance review shows a more balanced story. Everyday tasks like streaming, social media, and multitasking run smoothly without hiccups. Lighter games like BGMI hold steady around 59 fps with efficient thermals, but heavier titles such as Genshin Impact reveal dips during extended sessions, highlighting the chip’s thermal throttling.
In short, the Exynos 2400 makes the S25 FE reliable for daily use and short gaming runs, but it’s not tuned for sustained peak performance. You can read the full benchmark and gaming breakdown here.
Cameras and Battery
On the back, the phone carries a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide, and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x zoom. The front camera has been bumped up to 12MP. A 4,900mAh battery keeps it running, with support for 45W wired charging, 15W wireless, and reverse wireless charging.
Software and Updates
The Galaxy S25 FE ships with Android 16 and One UI 8. Samsung has also rolled out its latest Galaxy AI tools like Gemini Live, Circle to Search, Now Bar, and Generative Edit. The bigger story here is Samsung’s software commitment — seven years of OS and security updates, keeping the phone current long after most mid-range devices stop receiving support.
