Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus Spotted with Exynos 2500 SoC in This Region as MediaTek Hopes Dwindle
Recent developments indicate Samsung may not be fully committed to utilizing only the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip across the entire Galaxy S25 series. A variant of the Galaxy S25+ equipped with the Exynos 2500 chip has made its first appearance, particularly aimed at the European market.
This model, identified by the number SM-S936B, was discovered in the Geekbench database, showcasing the S5E9955 chip, which corresponds to the yet-to-be-officially-announced Exynos 2500 processor.

Exynos Favored Over MediaTek on the Galaxy S25+ in EU
The European version of the Samsung Galaxy S25+ may not only feature the Exynos 2500 chip but also integrates the Xclipse 950 GPU, leveraging AMD's RDNA architecture. This advanced GPU supports Vulkan 1.3, the latest version of the graphics API, which introduces enhancements such as additional dynamic state, device profiles, and dynamic rendering.
This suggests Samsung's continued effort in improving graphical performance to match or surpass current industry standards.
