Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim Likely to Arrive At Unpacked Event On January 22
Samsung is gearing up for its next Unpacked event on January 22. The official teaser suggests the unveiling of four devices, potentially including the Galaxy S25 Slim, which was previously rumoured to arrive in April.
This means the Slim model is also launching alongside the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra on January 25, 2025. The Galaxy S25 Slim also appeared on the IMEI database with the model number SM-S937U, hinting at imminent release.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim Expected Features
The Galaxy S25 Slim is expected to feature a 6.6-inch flat AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. Despite its slim design, measuring around 6.x mm in thickness, the Galaxy S25 Slim is anticipated to house a battery between 4,000mAh and 4,500mAh.
The phone might include a triple rear camera setup: a 200MP ISOCELL HP5 main sensor, a 50MP JN5 ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP telephoto camera with support for 3.5x optical zoom. On the front, users can expect a 12MP selfie camera sensor. Additionally, the phone will likely have an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, ensuring durability in various conditions.
The Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim is also rumoured to incorporate ALoP (All Lenses on Prism) technology. This innovation allows for a brighter lens with an aperture of f/2.58 at 80mm while maintaining its sleek profile. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim is also expected to come with a price tag of $999, approximately Rs 85,530 in India.
