Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra May Come With Thicker Bezels Than S26 Ultra: Report
Samsung's next flagship smartphone could bring some small design changes, but they may not all be improvements. According to a new leak, the upcoming Galaxy S27 Ultra could feature thicker display bezels than the current Galaxy S26 Ultra. The rear camera bump may also get slightly thicker, even as Samsung is reportedly working on a redesigned camera module.
Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra To Have Thicker Bezels?
Tipster Ice Universe says that the Galaxy S27 Ultra will have display bezels measuring 1.28mm. In comparison, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is said to have 1.15mm bezels. Now even though the difference is small, it suggests that Samsung may not be able to make the borders around the display thinner with its next Ultra flagship.

The tipster also claims that the rear camera bump on the Galaxy S27 Ultra will measure 4.69mm, compared to 4.5mm on its predecessor. The change could be linked to the rumoured redesign of the phone's rear camera module, although Samsung has not confirmed any details about the device.
Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra: What To Expect
According to leaks, the Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra could measure 163.76 x 78.25 x 7.97mm and weigh around 218 grams. These dimensions would put it close to the Galaxy S26 Ultra in overall size, despite the reported changes to the bezels and camera bump.
The upcoming flagship is also tipped to feature a triple rear camera setup. This could include a 200-megapixel primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom. However, these specifications remain unconfirmed, and Samsung has yet to reveal the phone officially.
For now, the reported changes appear relatively minor, with the thicker bezels and camera bump potentially reflecting differences in the phone's design. More details about the Galaxy S27 Ultra, including its hardware and launch plans, are expected to emerge through leaks ahead of its official announcement.
